Ronnie Wylie, Jr. is proud to be joining the Fortified team. He is a father of three and grandfather of seven. Originally from Dayton, OH, Ronnie moved to Connersville with his family in 1987. He worked in radio for over 30 years, owned two local businesses while also working within the mental health field for the last 14 years. He's pastored in various churches as well.

Josh Morris
Josh brings to Fortified Buildings with years of experience in project building and remodeling. He worked with his custom home building father for several years, and ran his own home building company until joining Fortified Buildings in 2024.
Josh helped design & build the first prototype machine for softwalls that he installed on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway track. He is a precision fabricator certified pipe welder, and a certified ANP airplane mechanic.
Josh is a proud father of two kids and they love to travel; Enjoying hunting, camping & kayaking.

You've decided to move forward with Fortified Buildings. Within 5 days of initial phone call we will schedule a time to meet at your project location - This is a paid visit to evaluate the land and determine if the project is feasible at the location.
Fortified Buildings will provide a written quote including finish time frame - which depends upon the complexity of the project. Once the client acknowledges and signs the quote, we will send a client-contractor contract. Depending upon funds or financing start date can begin one month to 6 months to "break ground." Simple projects can typically be move-in ready within a month of construction start to full home projects up to 12 months.
We have a list of preferred banks to use; Fortified Buildings currently does not offer financing. Payment terms depend upon if the client is using a bank; if so, the bank and the contractor will reach an agreement. If self-financing, the building package (lumber, concrete, windows, doors, roofing) will be a 45% deposit amount of the project.
Fortified Buildings offer building design consultation with floor plans, including 3 renditions of the floor plan included once hired. Clients may also hire their own architect or use one from our network of architects.
*Architects are typically booked out 6 months in advance, so consider if time is of the essence.
